Terms of Service

Welcome — and thanks for choosing to learn with us. These Terms are a friendly, plain-English agreement between you and The Candid Store LLC, 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801 (“we,” “us”). By purchasing or using Crazy Leads System, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't purchase or use the product. You must be at least 18 to purchase.

1. The product — what you're buying

Crazy Leads System is a digital educational product designed to help you turn attention into stronger buying desire. It includes the core book and the materials listed at checkout:

• Crazy Leads System — core book
• Crazy Leads Conversion Audit
• Crazy Leads Email Sequence

Delivery is digital and immediate. After a successful purchase through Stripe, access details are sent to the email you provide at checkout, typically via Google Drive or our designated delivery method. Nothing is shipped. If you don't see your access email within 30 minutes, check spam, then contact support@crazyleadssystem.com.

Optional order bump, upsell, or downsell offers may appear at checkout. They are optional, clearly priced before you confirm, and charged only if you accept them.

2. Education, not guarantees

We're here to support your growth, and we also want to be crystal clear so no one is misled or disappointed:

• Everything we provide is education and tools, not a promise of income, clients, leads, conversions, or business results.
• Any numbers, screenshots, reviews, or timelines shown — including our founder's own results such as “300+ customers in 60 days” — are individual results shared as real examples, not typical. They are not guarantees or predictions of what you will achieve.
• Your outcome depends on your offer, market, traffic, implementation, effort, consistency, and factors outside anyone's control. Most people who buy educational products and don't implement them or put in the hard work often see little to no results.
• Nothing here is financial, legal, or professional advice. Please use your own judgment and, if needed, seek qualified advice.
• What you publish or implement using the system is your responsibility, not ours.

3. Your license — what you may and may not do

When you purchase, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for one person:

• You may use the book and included materials to build marketing assets for your own businesses.
• You may apply what you learn to build pages, campaigns, and assets for your clients (including paid client work). What you build for clients belongs to you/them per your own client agreements.
• You may modify and adapt what you build for your own use.
• You may not resell, redistribute, share, leak, or give away the book, files, worksheets, templates, or bonus materials themselves — whole or in part, free or paid.
• You may not repackage our materials as your own course, template pack, or product, or claim broad marketing ideas as your exclusive property. We protect our expression (the book, graphics, templates, and files), not general ideas.
• You may not share your account or download links. One purchase = one user.

Violating this license terminates it without refund.

4. Payments and pricing

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. Prices are in U.S. dollars; you are responsible for any taxes where you live. Order bumps and upsells, if offered, are charged only if you accept them.

5. Lifetime Updates

We include Lifetime Updates and we mean it in a friendly, bounded way:

• It covers updates to the current Crazy Leads System you purchased — for example, improved versions of the core book, the included Email Sequence, the Conversion Audit, and directly related worksheets/templates already part of this system.
• It does not include future standalone products, future AI software/SaaS, unrelated courses, or other new paid offers we may create.
• “Lifetime” means the active maintenance life of this product. If we ever wind it down, we'll give reasonable notice and make current materials downloadable.

6. Private Community

Access to our private community on Discord is a special benefit and, to keep it valuable for everyone, it works as an application:

• Access is not automatic at purchase due to its exclusivity.
• After you've had a chance to read and genuinely start implementing Crazy Leads System, you may apply to join.
• The process is simple — the goal is that you've completed the core material and started applying it, so the community can actually help you grow.
• Admission is not guaranteed; we review applications to keep the space focused and supportive.
• Discord has its own terms and privacy policy that apply to your activity there.
• We expect basic kindness: no spam, no pitching other products, no harassment, no sharing of paid materials. We may remove members who break these rules.

7. Priority Access

Priority Access is our way of thanking you for being early:

• You may receive early announcements, invitations, beta opportunities, or special offers for our future AI systems when they launch.
• Future AI products are not included for free in the current purchase.
• Timing, availability, discount amount, and beta acceptance are not guaranteed — exact terms will be shown when each future product launches.

8. Refund policy — 30 days, keep the files

We want this to feel safe and fair. If you've read the book and made a genuine attempt to implement and it still doesn't feel valuable for your business, email refunds@crazyleadssystem.com within 30 days of your original purchase transaction and we'll refund you in full — and you keep the digital files per our “keep everything” promise. No hard feelings.

• The 30-day window applies to the core Crazy Leads System and any order bump, upsell, or downsell purchased together in that same transaction, measured from that transaction date.
• Products purchased later through email follow-ups or separate offers have their own terms shown at checkout for that offer. If no guarantee is shown there, that later purchase is final — we'll always show you the terms before you confirm.
• To help us learn and to keep the guarantee fair, we may ask for a brief note on what you tried or implemented. We may request reasonable information showing you reviewed and attempted to apply the material.
• We may decline requests in cases of clear abuse — for example, repeated purchase-refund cycles, chargeback abuse, account sharing, or redistribution of our materials. We won't decline simply because you didn't achieve a guaranteed result, because no result is guaranteed.
• Approved refunds go back to the original payment method, normally within 5–10 business days.
• Refunding ends eligibility for the private community, future Lifetime Updates, and Priority Access for this purchase. You keep the digital files you already received. If we ever choose to leave access active, that's at our discretion and not a promise for every case.
• Non-waivable consumer rights in your country, if any, remain unaffected.

9. Intellectual property

All product content — the book, email sequence, audit, graphics, worksheets, and branding — is owned by The Candid Store LLC and protected by copyright. Your license in Section 3 is the full extent of rights granted. Third-party names (Stripe, Google Drive, MailerLite, Resend, Discord, Google, Meta, TikTok, Cloudflare, and others) are trademarks of their respective owners, used only to describe compatibility. What you build using the system belongs to you (or your clients, per your agreements).

10. Acceptable use

Please don't use our materials to build anything unlawful, deceptive, or harmful — including pages that violate ad platform policies, make false claims, or infringe others' rights. What you publish is your responsibility.

11. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Our products are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. Third-party tools and platforms change, and we update materials on a reasonable-efforts basis.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your purchase is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption. Some places don't allow certain limits, so part of this section may not apply to you. Nothing here limits liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or where the law doesn't allow a limit.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Candid Store LLC and its members/contractors from claims arising from your use of our products, your violation of these Terms, or anything you build and publish using our materials.

13. Your privacy

How we handle your information is described in our Privacy Policy, which is part of these Terms.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms as our product or the law changes. The date above reflects the current version; material changes will be posted here.

15. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing any claim, please contact us at support@crazyleadssystem.com and give us 30 days to work it out — most things are fixable with a friendly email. Any dispute not resolved informally will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
