What to include in your message

Your purchase email (the one used at checkout)
Order date and last 4 digits if it's about a payment
For refund requests: a short note on how you reviewed and attempted to apply the material
For privacy requests: what you'd like us to do (access, correct, delete)

Response times

Support: 2–3 business days. Privacy requests: within 30 days as required by law. Refunds: reviewed promptly and, if approved, returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
