Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 27, 2026 — The Candid Store LLC

Hey, thanks for trusting us with your information. This policy explains what we collect when you visit Crazy Leads System, how we use it, and the choices you have. We're The Candid Store LLC, 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA. Questions? Reach us at support@crazyleadssystem.com — we also handle privacy requests there.

1. Who we are

Crazy Leads System is operated by The Candid Store LLC (“we,” “us”). This policy applies to our website, checkout, emails, and support. If a section doesn't apply to you (for example, if you haven't purchased), just skip it.

2. What we collect

Information you give us

  • Contact details — name and email when you check out, join our list, request support, or apply for the private community.
  • Payment confirmation — handled entirely by Stripe. We receive confirmation and last digits for support; we never see or store your full card number.
  • Support and community content — messages you send us, application notes for the community, or feedback you choose to share.

Information collected automatically

  • Pages visited, buttons clicked, approximate location from IP, browser/device type, referring source/campaign.
  • Collected via cookies and similar technologies by us and the providers listed below.

3. How we use your information

  • To deliver what you bought — purchase confirmation, access to your files via Google Drive (or our designated delivery method), and support.
  • To handle community applications and eligibility for updates/priority access.
  • To process refunds and prevent fraud or abuse of our guarantee.
  • To send transactional emails via Resend (receipts, access links, important notices). These are necessary to fulfill your purchase.
  • To send marketing updates via MailerLite only if you consent — every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link.
  • To measure which campaigns bring visits, so we show more relevant content and fewer irrelevant ads.
  • To improve our pages and fix confusing parts.
  • To meet legal duties, such as keeping purchase records for tax purposes.

We do not sell your personal information.

4. Cookies and tracking

Our pages may use:

  • Google Analytics (GA4) — page analytics to understand usage.
  • Meta Pixel (Facebook) — measures which visits came from Meta ads.
  • TikTok Pixel — measures which visits came from TikTok ads.
  • Cloudflare — security, performance, and delivery.
  • Google Fonts — loads the typefaces; your browser requests them from Google.
  • Stripe, MailerLite, Resend, Google Drive, Discord — only to provide their respective services.

These cookies — including analytics, performance, and security cookies — will run when you visit. By continuing to browse and remaining on our website, you consent to their use. If you do not wish to consent, please leave the website. You can also control cookies in your browser, use ad preference tools from Meta/Google/TikTok, or use the Digital Advertising Alliance opt-out. Blocking cookies may affect checkout.

5. Who we share information with

Only with service providers who need it to run the business:

  • Stripe — payments and refunds
  • Google Drive — file delivery
  • MailerLite — marketing email delivery
  • Resend — transactional email delivery
  • Discord — private community (its own terms and privacy policy apply to your activity there)
  • Google, Meta, TikTok — analytics/advertising measurement when enabled
  • Cloudflare — security and performance

We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights, or as part of a business transfer (this policy would continue to apply).

6. Legal bases (for visitors in the EU/UK)

Depending on the processing, we rely on: contract performance (to deliver your purchase), consent (for marketing emails and non-essential cookies), legitimate interests (to improve our pages and measure campaigns in a privacy-respecting way), and legal obligations (tax records).

7. Email choices

Every marketing email from MailerLite includes a one-click unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing stops marketing emails right away; we still send essential transactional emails from Resend (receipts, access links) because you need those to use what you bought.

8. How long we keep data

Purchase and tax records as long as the law requires. Marketing contact data until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. Support records as long as needed to help you. Analytics per each provider's retention settings.

9. Security

Pages are served over HTTPS, payments are handled by Stripe (PCI-DSS compliant), and access to customer data is limited to people who need it to help you. We handle your data as we'd want ours handled.

10. Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example, EU/UK under GDPR or California under CCPA/CPRA), you may have the right to ask what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, object to or restrict certain processing, receive a portable copy, and not be discriminated against for exercising your rights. Email support@crazyleadssystem.com with subject “Privacy Request.” We do not sell or “share” personal information as defined under CCPA/CPRA.

11. International visitors

We are a U.S. company and process data in the United States. If you visit from elsewhere, your information will be transferred to and processed in the U.S., where laws may differ from your country's.

12. Children

Our products are for adults running or building businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor shared personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our tools or the law change. The date above reflects the current version; material changes will be posted here.
